As soon as your event registration page is published and your invitees start registering, the event report page is populated with all registrants and their current status. To access the report page, go to the Events page and under the Manage column, select Read Report.
Registered - The invitee has registered to attend but has not confirmed her or his presence.
Confirmed - The invitee has registered and confirmed his or her presence at the event.
Cancelled - The invitee has registered to attend but has cancelled her or his attendance.
Waitlisted - The invitee has registered to attend but has been waitlisted due to full capacity. If a confirmed invitee cancels or the event capacity is increased, the waitlisted person will have the chance to confirm attendance based on his or her position in the waitlist.
As an event manager, you are able to manually confirm or cancel the attendance of any invitee. Moreover, you are able to send a reminder email to an invitee who hasn't either confirmed or cancelled attendance.
