Overview

Before an event you may want to download the attendee list with people who have registered. As an example, you will need this list if you plan on using Manage for running check-in or for inviting your attendees to download the attendee app.

Getting Started

  1. Find your event from the Register events page and click on it to open.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Report.

3. The report page provides you with an overview of everyone who have registered to your event and their status (confirmed, waitlisted, canceled). Click Download to export your attendee list in Excel format.

Next steps

To run check-in, provide attendees with the mobile app or survey; you will need to import this attendee list on Create. Learn more..
